6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Products are shipped in discreet packaging.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, returns are not accepted unless the incorrect item has been supplied or the product is demonstrably defective.

Requests for replacement or refund must be submitted within 7 days of delivery together with reasonable supporting evidence.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Nothing within these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability are accurate.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs), HPLC reports and analytical data are provided for informational purposes and relate only to the specific batches tested.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to cancel affected orders with a full refund where appropriate.
